We certainly want your experience with The Bluewater Group to be a good one. We have a very simple warranty policy. Our knives are guaranteed for as long as you own them. The warranty covers the blade and handle from breakage or defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover abuse, such as beating the knife with a hammer, rock, etc. or using the knife as a pry bar.
Knives of Alaska knives and accessories are Proudly Made in the USA.
Please include either a copy of the original email order acknowledgment or a note with your name, return address, and daytime telephone number.

| Our Shipping Policy |

All orders with destinations within the Continental U.S. will be shipped either US First Class Mail (7 to 12 days) or Priority Mail (3 to 5 days) unless otherwise requested. All International orders are shipped either First Class International or Priority International. Shipping costs will vary based on carrier and customer preference.
Overnight delivery is also available but we normally do not recommend it because it is quite costly.
Upon ordering, if you have special shipping instructions, please state your shipping preferences in the comments box provided on the order form.
