Years ago, the major gun manufacturers, ammo makers and others used tin signs for advertising to tell the story about their company. Knives of Alaska brings this American tradition back to show a documented real-life drama. Use it in decorating your hunting room or for collecting.

Bear Attack Tin Sign
On October 10, 2005, a 9' brown bear attacked Registered Alaskan Guide and President of Knives of Alaska, Charles Allen, while he was guiding on the Tsiu (sigh-you) River in Southeast Alaska. Nationally known artist Wayne McLoughlin, who specializes in classic sporting art and has painted John Wayne, Johnny Carson, Reggie Jackson and others, came to Alaska and painted the scene from the actual location where the bear attack occurred on a 12 1/2" x 16" "Old Time Style" tin sign.
Each sign is individually autographed by Charles Allen.
